Oceanfront in Sea Pointe/Nags Head. Community Pool, 2 Jacuzzis, 5 TVs, 2 VCRs, HBO, Cinemax, stereo w/CD, high speed Internet access (please bring your own laptop), gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, gas stove, grill, wet bar, outside shower. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available. Parking for 3 cars. (Garage is not available for guest use.)

This oceanfront duplex home has a no smoking and no pets policy.

Beds: 2 kings, 4 twins, 1 pyramid bunk with a trundle bed, queen sleeper sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

2012 Community Pool Dates for Sea Pointe: Open from April 28th through September 30th (hours 10:00am - 8:00pm), weather permitting.
