This 3 bedroom (sleeps 6), two bath beach house in the Village at Nags Head offers comfortable "loungy" furniture, a warm island-inspired decor, and close proximity to: The Village Beach Club, Tanger Outlet shopping, famous restaurants, and fun family activities.

The creative design of 'Sandy Tee' offers a spacious master bedroom and bath on its own level with an inviting deck… perfect for finishing that book you brought with you or taking an afternoon break. The mini-bar allows you to wake up to fresh brewed coffee or enjoy a cool beverage… all without leaving your private master bedroom suite! Enjoy the wall mounted Sony flat screen TV with Blu-ray player and DVD/VCR player in the living area!

Guests love the "Tiki Bar" kitchen and "comfy" furniture and bedding, not to mention the fun games for the kids, both young and "otherwise"! Guests tell us it's one of the nicest vacation homes they've stayed in, with some visiting the Outer Banks for 12+ years!

Walk to nearby retail shops, the grocery store, and popular dining establishments; or take the shuttle to the Beach Club for the day; enjoy lunch, tennis, and energizing walks on the beach! In just 2 minutes, you can be shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall to find that perfect gift. Make a day trip to several nearby lighthouses, the Wright Brother's Memorial or the two sound-side piers, located right in the neighborhood. This home allows short stays (3 night minimum).

Beds: 2 King / 2 Twin. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. No smoking. No pets.

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week. Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We were married June 4th and planned on not going on a honeymoon as we paid entirely for our wedding and funds were tight. When searching for a house the Sandy Tee immediately became our favorite house and based on the pictures on the website. We were pleased it was available and booked it the day after our wedding! When we arrived, we fell in love with the Sandy Tee! The pictures don't do the quaintness of this home justice! We didn't need 3 bedrooms but enjoyed the spaciousness - while still having a familiar cozy feel! Love, love the tiki bar, the vibrant paint colors and the amazing choice of decorations!! We were so impressed with this house. The decor is so unique and inviting. We have an almost 3 yr. old daughter and she absolutely loved the game box. The kitchen was supplied with everything we could possibly need. My first reaction to the house was sheer delights at how clean it is, that was a wonderful surprise.
