This well maintained vacation home will have you coming back year after year. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Roanoke Sound from the front porch, or from the nearby park, a short block and one half away. Enjoy a morning walk or evening stroll through the Village at Nags Head. And don't forget to catch the shuttle bus over to the Village Beach Club. Home also provides High-speed Wireless Internet.

Located in the Village at Nags Head with Village at Nags Head Beach Club amenities, including a community pool and tennis courts. Beautiful new deck furniture on two rear decks and front porch. Home has five TVs (including two HDTVs, premium channels HBO and Cinemax), two DVD players, one Blu-Ray player, CD/iPod Dock, fireplace (available mid-September to end of April), high chair, Pack-n-Play and a remodeled spacious play room with foosball and sleeper sofa, books and games.

Outside, enjoy the Hot Tub, charcoal grill, beach chairs, and large patio.

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 3 Queens, 1 Bunk Set, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.



Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our Nags Head office to reserve partial week stays. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am
