5 bedroom luxury OBX vacation home in 'Old' Nags Head Place. Private pool, sunken hot tub on the pool deck. Whirlpool tub, foosball and ping pong table. There are bikes, a grill, boogie boards, games, books and a video/DVD library to add to the fun. A screened in porch with dining table and chairs is a favorite place to gather.

'Reminiscent' is an easy living home with minimal steps and the floor plan, with the master suite on the main level, makes for a home that is accessible to everyone. This home is designed for long stays and will accommodate several families. This unique home with luxury furnishings will impress you with it's style.

There are 7 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, video library, stereo w/CD, sound system on the main level. Baby equipment available and includes a high chair, port-a-crib and stroller. *Please note that the fireplace is not available for use.

This home is between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road road to access the ocean. It is a quick and easy walk to the beach on a quiet street.

No Smoking and No Pets, please. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days.
