OBX Soundfront home located on the Nags Head Golf Links fairway. Enjoy Village Beach Club privileges which include a community pool and tennis courts, activities for the kids, a snack bar right by the pool, as well as a free shuttle van provides door-to-door service including pick up and drop off at the beach, the pool, or the grocery store from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Other amenities include: 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, high-speed internet connection (please bring your lap top computer); rec room with pool table & foosball, gas fireplace available mid September through end of April, outside shower, kitchen with double oven. Spectacular views of the the golf course and the Roanoke Sound.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. Parking available for 3-4 vehicles.

Beds: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk, 1 Futon,1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Guests also have access to the Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head. This 28,000 sqft. facility offers activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - perfect fun for the entire family! Enjoy the outdoor pool and water park, a 25-meter indoor pool and sauna, fitness center with state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment, group exercise including spinning, interactive zone with video game-based equipment, massage therapy and hot tub, racquetball courts, skate park and full court gymnasium available for basketball, soccer and volleyball.
