Have the best of both at this beautiful and conveniently located Outer Banks vacation home ... a private pool and really easy beach access! "Point of Views" is oceanside in a favorite Nags Head neighborhood near Jockey's Ridge called Old Nags Head Place.
Enjoy the spaciousness and comfort of five bedrooms, four and a half baths, great room, tower room, rec room, multiple decks, covered patio, and fenced-in private pool area. Old Nags Head Place is a nice community with quiet streets, great for bike riding and walking to spots like Nags Head Fishing Pier for breakfast, Tortugas for lunch or dinner and Snowbird for an ice cream cone in the evening, not to mention the beautiful Outer Banks beaches.
Outdoor amenities at "Point of Views" include: fenced-in private pool area with patio bar area, hot tub, covered patio with gas grill, sun and shade decks, poolside and deck furnishings for dining and lounging, picnic table, beach charis, and covered parking.
Indoor amenities at "Point of Views" include: whirlpool tub, rec room with pool table and full-size refrigerator, 7 TVs, 4 DVD players, 2 VCR/DVD player combos, high-speed wireless internet access (please bring your own laptop), stereo system, books and board games. Enjoy extras around the house, too, like having a griddle and ice cream maker in the kitchen and using the free domestic long distance phone service. Also, guests staying between May and September will enjoy a daily newspaper.
Non-Smoking. No Pets. "Point of Views" is oceanside between the roads in Nags Head. Guests will walk just a block to cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.
Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

This house was so great I almost don't want to share the information. It was everything and more than it appeared in the listing and photos. The beach was even closer than it appeared and we were so happy to find that they lifeguard stand is right there at the entrance. We didn't see any other lifeguard stands on any other part of the beaches. Jockey's Ridge was right across the street and was just amazing! The house fit three families very comfortably and we even had one extra bed. I just loved sneaking away from everyone and going on one of the many decks or to the watch tower to read my book. I wish I was still there! -- Cindy

House was perfect! One block from the beach, with great views from 3rd floor, awesome "great room" on 3rd floor, and right across the road from Jockey's Ridge. We had 9 friends/couples in the house and it was the perfect size. Pool was excellent for sitting and chatting with friends. Also, 30 second walk to Snowbird ice cream, and 30 second drive to BrewThru were big pluses. Zero complaints or suggestions; would/will definitely rent it again.

Fantasic house!!! Loved the huge open 3rd floor kitchen and family room. We stayed there with another family - so 4 adults and 5 kids - and everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved the huge house to run around and play!The location is great - very quick walk down the street to the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and Jockey's Ridge. Short drive to shopping and restraunts. -- Gretchen

We had an excellent time in OBX. We felt like we hit the jackpot with our rental of Points of View. We were traveling from Colorado and neither family had been to the Outer Banks before so we found it online and were so happy with our choice. The house was exceptional-very well equipped, in a terrific location and the amenities-pool, hot tub, pool table were perfect for all 7 kids who ranged in age from 9-16. It was also very convenient to have all the bedding there for us. We were totally comfortable and had an incredible time. The house was spacious and very close to beach and Jockey's Ridge and anything else you would need. Truly a fantastic vacation. We would recommend staying at Points of View. -- First time to OBX and what a Fantastic Time
