Beds: 6 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Our rental was available to us early and that was a huge help considering we escaped a blizzard. (26" of snow) Guestweb made payments and correspondence easy for all members of our party. Photos and reviews of rental property were helpful and more importantly accurate. Check-in/check-out could not have been easier. Maintenance issue resolved quickly and by a friendly technician! The communication was great, I even received a heads-up call from village reality regarding contact information in an emergency during the Thankgiving day holiday. The owner of the house also personally called to make sure everything was ok. Very classy operation all around and my family from out of state (San Diego, NY, Vermont) was VERY IMPRESSED with everything. The whole experience brought the family together nicely.
