This home's private pool will be heated until September 26, 2009 and will not be offering heating for the pool as an amenity in 2010.

'Outrigger' is an Outer Banks vacation home with 5 bedrooms and 5 ½ baths. 'Ougtrigger' Fronts the Beach Road in South Nags Head; public beach access is directly across the street.

Elevator goes to all floors, 12' x 25' private pool, hot tub for 6, community pool and tennis. 5 master bedrooms (one with disability friendly bathroom). 6 TVs including 42' Widescreen LCD TV, premium cable with HBO & Cinemax, 4 VCRs, 4 DVDs, HBO/Cinemax, stereo with CD, wireless broadband internet access (please bring your own laptop). Air hockey, port-a-crib, high chair, video library, gas fireplace available mid September through end of April, grill, outside shower, screened porch. Free unlimited long distance calling, access to community pool and tennis courts.

Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Pyramid Bunks with Trundles. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

First Level - Entrance is level with the driveway. Elevator goes to all floors. Ramps to pool. Ramps to all decks inside the house. Direct Beach Access is across the street.

Mid Level - Master bedroom has a disability friendly bath with wide doorway, grab bars and fold down seat in the shower. It is not a roll in shower.

Top Level - Spacious with ramps to all outside decks.
