The soothing natural beauty of this gracious vacation home is the perfect antidote to the stress of big-city existence. Arise early to catch the sunrise from your oceanfront deck and be captivated by the colors that play across the Atlantic. Watch the pelicans diving for their breakfast. Look closely and you may even see a pod of dolphins jumping and playing. Listen to the crashing waves in the evening moonlight before retiring. Bike or jog on the beach road path... take a short walk on the beach or read that book you couldn't find time to start. Conveniently located close to area shopping, dining, fishing and entertainment. Come and enjoy the laid back way of life on the Outer Banks.

Community pool, elevator, whirlpool tub. 4 TVs, 2 VCR, DVD, video library, stereo w/CD, wet bar, high-speed Internet access available, please bring your laptop computer.

Parking 2-3 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The community pool at the Oceans Condos will be open from May 19th through October 13 in 2012

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for several years & have always used another rental company. Village Realty was FAR superior to this other company. Village has easier check in & out. The place was cleaner than any of the other rentals we've stayed in. Having the beds made for us the towels in place at no additional charge was wonderful. My family always hated that as soon as we arrived for our vacation we had to make up the beds & clean. I don't know why we waited to long to switch. Thanks for making this a wonderful vacation!
