Upscale features and amenities abound in this magnificent house. Enjoy the private boardwalk to the beach, the heated 15' x 30' pool and 8' x 8' baby pool, and the spacious hot tub. The pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October (only). A Cabana equipped with a wet bar, sink, refrigerator, full bath, gas grill, and outdoor speakers makes the outside of this house as spectacular as the inside!

Your guests will love the 8 master bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, and 2 with private sitting areas. The top floor includes a spectacular Great Room and a large dining area, complete with panoramic Ocean views, large multi-level oceanfront decks, and a fourth story loft with deck. The large kitchen can easily handle multiple families and features a breakfast bar and double ovens/dishwashers/sinks. Downstairs, the Rec Room includes a pool table, a Golden Tee 2005 Golf Game, a sports bar with TV, and an ice machine. The Media Room is sound proof with a large projection screen, surround sound and ample seating. 12 TV/VCR/DVDs and high-speed wireless Internet access for your PC makes staying in touch easy. Two sets of washers & dryers, 3 dishwashers, three refrigerators, an elevator, and three half-baths ensure large groups are accommodated with ease. Four gas fireplaces available mid September through the end of April, and an X-box game system in the kid's room offers something for everyone regardless of age.

Beds: 7 Kings, 2 Pyramid Bunks w/trundles, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean home upon check out.

The entrance way is level with the driveway. A master bedroom with disabled friendly shower (2" lip into shower) is located on the ground floor. The shower has seat and rails. There is limited space between the bed and bath entrance. Elevator provides easy access to all floors. Top floor contains open and spacious living area. All slider doors are 28" wide. Deck door width is 28".

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week. Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Nags Head vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

All 12 of us seniors thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DE22N & will probably rent the same house in late December 2011. The first level bedrooms could probably use some hooks on the bath and bedroom doors because of no closets and maybe on the bedroom walls as well. Regards, Marcella Cord -- Marcella Cord
