2012 Oceanwatch Community Pool Dates: The pool is open from May 5th to September 30th (10am to 8pm) weather permitting..

This home has it all! New and fabulous with more baths than bedrooms and 2 Pool choices, our own private pool or the Ocean Watch neighborhood community pool -- splish-splash in both of them from May to mid-October!

Everything you need is provided for a fun vacation. Ocean Watch is centrally located in Nags Head and close to shopping, restaurants, fishing centers and historic sites. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from our decks and enjoy the 11 mile multi-use path that runs from the Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head line through South Nags Head. This wide path is parallel to the Beach Road and perfect for cycling, roller blading, jogging or simply strolling all year round. Even if it's too cold outside, you'll be comfortable inside watching one of the many TVs, shooting pool or reading a book in front of the fire. Come be our guests!

The 12' x 24' private pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October. Hot Tub, 9 TVs, 9 VCRs (yep...every bedroom includes a TV/VCR!), 2 DVD players, wireless high-speed Internet access is provided (please bring your laptop as there is not a computer in the house), stereo with CD, DVD & surround sound, rec room with pool table, wet bar and TV/DVD/VCR. The gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April. 2 dishwashers & refrigerators, volleyball court, outside shower, park grill. This home is located between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to reach the beach access.

*Please note this home does not include Village at Nags Head Beach Club privileges.

Parking is available for 5-6 cars. Non-smoking. Pets Allowed (Small dogs only please, No Cats are permitted).

Beds: 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
