This home has a new High Efficiency washing machine that requires special HE detergent or a smaller amount of regular detergent.

"We welcome you to our 'one of a kind' beach house with a unique U-shaped floor plan. Your salt water pool and hot tub has direct access to the house which insures privacy. The beach is only a short walk away with 2 close beach accesses, and you will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to get to the ocean. The great room, which encompasses living and dining areas, is tastefully decorated and exudes a peaceful and serene atmosphere."

'Nothin' Could be Finer' on the Outer Banks! Private Saltwater Pool (heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October), hot tub. 4 master bedrooms, 6 TVs, 4 VCRs, 3 DVD players, 1 Blu-Ray Player, Internet access (please bring your own laptop), free long distance service, ping pong, pack'n'play, high chair, baby gate, fenced yard, 2 screened in porches, ramp to front door, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, outside shower, picnic table, charcoal grill. The great room is on the ground level.

Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed (Prior to arrival, please make sure your pet is on a waterproof flea preventative such as Frontline. It will be nearly impossible to avoid flea infestation if your pet is not treated properly, even if your pet is older or strictly an inside dog).

Beds: 3 Kings, 1 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

*If there is specific information you need to have regarding access for a person in a wheelchair or with limited mobility please let us know. We are happy to go out to any home and take photos and measurements for you.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
