Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this brand new home will have all the comforts of home. You are only minutes away from restaurants, shopping, movie theatres and more.

New vacation home in Old Nags Head Place on the Outer Banks. Pet friendly. 25' x 11' private pool and hot tub. Inside are 3 master bedrooms, 9 TVs, 8 DVD/VCRs, digital cable & movie channels, wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), rec room with pool table, wet bar with ice machine, 2 pack'n'plays, 2 refrigerators. Outside fun for all with a hammock swing, horseshoe pit, Adirondack chairs.

No smoking is permitted in the home. One pet is allowed, small dog only please. This home allows short stays (3-night minimum).

This home is between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk, 1 Bunk Set, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

I still can't believe how inexpensive our trip was. I think it wound up costing us about $150 a person for the entire weekend and that includes all of our food costs. It was such a beautiful house just a block away from the ocean. One morning a few of us got up and went for a little walk and we were able to see dolphins! In all of my trips to Mexico, I've never seen dolphins before! I was absolutely thrilled. Thank-you for the wonderful stay. I have already shared the link to your website with a couple of my friends.
