This up-dated cottage is located in the Village at Nags Head Community on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the views of the golf course. Located at mile-marker 15.5; overlooking the 12th hole of the Nags Head Golf Links. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and activities nearby to keep the whole family entertained.

Village Beach Club privileges give you access to the oceanfront pool, beach clubhouse, private beach and tennis courts.

Home amenities include: huge roof-top deck with unobstructed views of the sound, additional large deck with eating area and hot tub, spacious updated kitchen with new appliances, stainless-steel gas barbecue grill, DVD player, stereo with CD player and iPod docking station and TV's in each bedroom.

This home features beautiful views of the sound, a picturesque freshwater pond nestled on the golf course featuring a walking bridge.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid with Trundle. (Up to two cribs available upon request.) There is parking for 3-4 vehicles. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day (Saturday). This is a smoke-free home. No pets, please.

Wednesday Night Pool Party at the Village Beach Club
The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Kids activities, dancing to the DJ, pool is open (weather permitting)
Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am
