Amenities include: 6 full and 1 half baths, 28' x 14' private pool (heated from early May to early June and from early September to mid October), hot tub, media room w/ large plasma TV and 3 reclining theater chairs, rec room with pool table, 8 TVs, 2 VCRs, 7 DVD players, stereo, computer w/ Internet access, wet bar, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, outdoor grill, outside shower. Recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets.
Parking for 5-6 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.
Beds: 1 King, 5 Queens, 4 Pyramid Bunks. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week.
