Enjoy our close proximity to the beach. Only 4 lots from the surf for shelling, swimming and surfing. Feel right at home on our comfortable furniture and oversized queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with new major appliances. The living areas have ceramic tile and always fresh paint for a clean, crisp look. We look forward to you having a memorable vacation.

Village at Nags Head Beach Club amenities including community pool & hot tub. Hot tub on deck, 3 TVs, 3 VCRs, 1 DVD, stereo w/CD, port-a-crib, high chair, baby gate, stroller, baby monitor, playpen, books, games, boogie boards, outside shower, grill, jogging & bike path.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. Parking 3-4 cars.

Beds: 2 Queens, Pyramid Bunk w/trundle, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th
Open daily from May 19th through September 30th

Wednesday Night Pool Party at the Village Beach Club
The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Kids activities, dancing to the DJ, pool is open (weather permitting)
Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am

We loved the rental unit! We have stayed at several rental houses and condos located in different areas of the Outer Banks over the years and this rental house was by far the very best. It was extremely clean and it was such a great benefit to not only have the linens provided, but to have the beds already made up for us. Also, the Village Realty website provided excellent information as we were trying to decide where to stay. The information on the website was completely accurate with what we found, which is not always the case with other rental companies we've used (sometimes they make the place look much better than it is). The website even provided a video showing how long it took to walk to the beach (the house we rented was not on the beachfront, but was back about a block and a half) which really helped us in making a decision to go with the house we did. -- Nancy M.
