Three lots back from the beach in the Village at Nags Head. Beach Club amenities including community pool & tennis. Hot tub on deck, whirlpool/shower, 5 TVs including a big screen HDTV in the great room, cable TV, 2 VCRs, 4 DVD players, stereo w/ CD, wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), screened porch, 3 swings, books, games, bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, port-a-crib, booster seat, baby gate, park grill, outside shower, carport. Many decks; covered & uncovered. Recycle bins available for guest use.

Recent remodeling includes exterior painting, allergen free king bedding in top level bedroom. This is a theraputic bed that can be raised and/or lowered at the foot and head. New mattresses in other bedrooms too. New HDTV entertainment center, and new carpeting.

Parking for 5-6 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Beds: 2 King, 1 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk w/ Trundle, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th

The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Kids activities, dancing to the DJ, pool is open (weather permitting)
Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am
