7 Bedroom Oceanfront in Nags Head. 14' x 30' Private pool (heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October), hot tub for 7, 6 TVs including 2 HDTVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-Ray player, 2 stereo w/CD, high speed internet access (please bring your laptop computer), 2 refrigerators, 2 wet bars, ice maker, Playstation II, rec room w/pool table, beach chairs, picnic table, hammock swing, port-a-crib, high chair, baby gate, books, games, DVD library, answering machine.

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We usually try a different property each year and choose based on availability after entering the search criteria. Village Realty made the process so easy (along with linens, towels, heated pool, etc.)we'll search your properties first this year. Thanks for everything. -- Scott Aspril

This house suited our family well, in design and function. It was nice to have the bedrooms with ocean front accessibility to the decks. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, serving bowls, etc - a cooks kitchen.

Village Realty was nice to work with, responsive and professional.
