The Landings at Sugar Creek soundfront condo complex offers many community amenities including a pool, hot tub, outside bar, outside showers, clubhouse with kitchen plus baths, 2 elevator towers and pier with sunset seating area.

3 TVs, 1 DVD player, high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop) and more. High-end finishes including 9 ft. ceilings, all new furniture, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, self closing drawers, tile entry and custom tiled shower.

No Smoking. No Pets.

2 Queens. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
