12' x 29' private pool and hot tub. Jacuzzi, 6 TVs, Premium movie channels; HBO, Showtime and Cinemax, are available in living room & master bedroom; 2 VCRs, 2 DVDs, Blu-Ray player, stereo w/CD & tape, hammock & swing, outside shower, gas grill. Computer and high-speed Internet (wired connection; not wireless) is available at no charge; we cannot guarantee that it will be operable at all times due to weather, power outages and/or network issues. Fireplace not available. *Village Beach Club privileges are not available.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. Parking 3-4 cars.

Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 2 Bunk Sets. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Holiday rates apply for Thanksgiving week and New Years week.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
