Located in the Village at Nags Head, you are close to shopping, dining, and other area activities. Sit on the back decks and enjoy the sunsets or catch up on a good book on the screened porch. This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Outer Banks.

Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Twins. No Smoking. No Pets.

Linens and towels are provided and all beds are made upon arrival. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th
Open daily from May 19th through September 30th

Wednesday Night Pool Party at the Village Beach Club
The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Kids activities, dancing to the DJ, pool is open (weather permitting)
Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am

We really enjoyed the rental house, Kozy Kottage. The location was perfect, the views of the golf course were great. We were able to walk to the store if we chose to do so. We also enjoyed walking around the community. My one year old grandson was with us and we were able to find the type of soy milk he likes at Harris Teeter (that was a godsend as he wont drink any other brand). It was my son-in-laws first visit to OBX and he really enjoyed himself. The beach club was a wonderful perk. We all enjoyed that and the beach area. Im sure we will all be coming back very soon.
