'Kokomo' is a 8 BR Oceanfront vacation rental home located in Nags Head. Enjoy the wonderful Theater Room with comfortable seating and a 92" inch screen plus an expanded kitchen with all new appliances including double wall ovens, 5 burner cooktop, two dishwashers, two sinks, side by side refrigerator (ice/water built in), microwave, beverage center and stand alone icemaker. 12' x 30' private pool (heated from early May to early June and from early September to mid October). Oceanfront deck with hot tub & great ocean views. Private walkway to the beach, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, sauna, 11 TVs, 3 VCRs, 4 DVDs, 3 stereos w/CD, icemaker, port-a-crib, high chair, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, charcoal grill, bikes, Pool Table, garage w/foosball & ping-pong.
No Smoking. No Pets.
Beds: 5 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk, 3 Bunks, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas, 1 Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

As usual, Village Realty did an excellent job this year. Our children and grandchildren (and 5 greats) enjoyed the beach so much, and they are making wonderful memories together. To quote Lizzie and her thank you card: "We appreciate every year that you have allowed us to come to this beautiful place. Our tenth year was another excellent one - we couldn't have gotten any luckier with our weather and water conditions. We love this tradition, not only because it is so much fun, but because it allows our family to come together and have a blast!"

You all are so great about constantly doing extra things that make the house even better. We had a pool and ping pong tournament. Did water aerobics. We gathered the ten of us around to talk and everyone was comfortable. We sat for houses in the high chairs on the deck and talked about important things and got sun. Thank you for having the best house for the girls from Charlottesville. We are happier, tanner, more full of laughter and friendship after being here. Thank you!
