The beach access is only 300 yards away. Located in Nags Head, featuring a private 22' x 10' swimming pool, with water basketball set and plenty of toys, hot tub, 4 master suites including 1 with a whirlpool tub, rec room, loft, 6 TVs, 4 DVD players, 2 stereo with CD, and high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop). The rec room is ready for action with foosball, professional tabletop shuffleboard, video library and numerous board games. 2nd full size refrigerator is ready to hold plenty of extra ice, fresh fish and cold beverages. Get away in the loft to enjoy a morning paper and coffee or in the evenings for a lively card game. The large den has plenty of room, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April.

Don't pack your car with all those odds and ends! Other extras include beach toys, port-a-crib, high chair, plenty of books for all ages, fish cleaning table, grill, outdoor shower, plenty of seating around the pool, and many others. Kids and adults will love all the amenities in this house. This home is between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Parking 3-4 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 4 Kings, 1 Pyramid Bunk w/Twin Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

This was the second time I rented from Village Realty. Loved the unit! Loved the inclusion of bed linens and towels. Everything was wonderful. The staff did their best to get us in our home as soon as it was available. I can't say enough good things about VR and the home we rented. Our family vacation was great!! I would rent this home again.
