A true family home in the heart of Nags Head's historic district. Quality and decor of a true Nags Head beach home with all modern conveniences. Spectacular ocean views, lovely master bedroom suite and a lookout room for quiet reading and relaxing! Located at milepost 12.5 on the oceanfront, JR07 offers 3 TVs, 1 VCR, 2 DVDs, stereo, high-speed wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop), free long distance phone service, outdoor grill, and an outside shower. There's also a ship's watch.

No Smoking. No Pets. Parking is available for 3-4 cars.

Beds: 1 King, 3 Queens and 2 Twin beds. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We stayed in JR07 last year. It was perfect. We took 5 of our grands and our oldest daughter. First thing we did was check out our deck... and oh my gosh... we were right on the beach! Then the house. It was so perfect... and comfortable... and yes a big screen TV!! After the chaos of the day (we traveled from NJ with 2 cars and 5 small kids) when we finally got up to the master bedroom and opened the french doors...the moon was shining on the rippling ocean waves.... it was a little slice of heaven. It was breath taking!!
