No Smoking. No Pets. Parking for 3. Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Bunk Sets. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Guests of JR35 will also have access to the local YMCA during their stay. The Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head, is a 28,000 sqft. facility offering activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - perfect fun for the entire family!
