Enjoy relaxing on the 30' porch of this three bedroom oceanfront condominium located in the heart of Nags Head. Watch the dolphin, see the sunrise over the Atlantic, or just enjoy watching the waves break on the beach. This spacious condominium is located only minutes from the National Seashore, Festival Park in Manteo, the Nags Head Golf Links and numerous restaurants and recreational activities.

This property is well appointed with a community pool, elevator, whirlpool, 2 TVs (1 is a big screen), 2 DVD players, 2 VCRs, stereo with CD player, high speed wireless internet access, books and games. Enjoy bar height porch furniture. Renovated recently with new carpet and window treatments throughout in the 2008 season.

Non smoking, no pets. Bedrooms include a very large master suite with a King bed and an ocean view, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. There is also a twin sleeper sofa in the master suite.

All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
