Features include: 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, community pool, YMCA privileges, whirlpool tub, 4 TVs including a LCD Smart TV in Living Area with apps like on-demand media, 4 DVD players, 2 VCRs, (2 TVs are not cable ready but intended for use with games and DVDs), stereo with CD, wet bar, and high-speed Internet access (please bring your own laptop), and puzzles. There is an elevator for the building. Parking for 2 cars. Non-smoking. No pets.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Guests of Heron Cove 303S have access to the Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head. This 28,000 sqft. facility offers activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - perfect fun for the entire family! Enjoy the outdoor pool and water park, a 25-meter indoor pool and sauna, fitness center with state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment, group exercise including spinning, interactive zone with video game-based equipment, massage therapy and hot tub, racquetball courts, skate park and full court gymnasium available for basketball, soccer and volleyball.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Very nice unit and group of units. Nicely appointed and perfect layout. Our group rented three, not all rented by Village, but we think we found the new permanent location for our family reunions. Elevator is great, esp for move in and out and our elderly family members. Covered parking is wonderful. Great location - convenient to everything. Nice touch to call our cell phone when unit was ready. We'll be back! -- Dudek H.
