2010 Heated Pool Dates: Pool is heated from May 1st/2nd to June 4th and again from August 28th/29th to October 15th.

8 bedroom Oceanfront home in Nags Head. 26' x 14' private pool, (heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October), hot tub on the top level deck. Inside there is an elevator, 2 Jacuzzis, 11 TVs, with 5 VCRs & 11DVD players, a computer nook with PC & Internet connection (high speed DSL line; with a wireless router so more than one person can be connected on their laptop), rec room w/pool table & wet bar, video & DVD library, stereo w/CD, central stereo system w/surround sound, games. A gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April. Baby equipment: 2 port-a-cribs, safety gates and a high chair. Double oven, smooth cooktop, 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, 3 refrigerators, 2 icemakers, 2 microwaves. Basketball hoop, gas grill, 2 outside showers, 1 hall bath accessed from ground level deck & pool.

Beds: 4 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 4 Bunk Sets, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Parking for 5-6 cars. Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed (dogs only, no cats please). This home allows short stays (3-night minimum). Disability Friendly Information is below.

I think this was the first time we rented from Village Realty, I an not sure. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for approximately 14 years and I will tell you that this house was the BEST house we have rented. Everyone in our party felt the same way. The house was comfortable, the kitchen was definately the best (some of our company went out of Hatteras and caught their limit of amberjack. also caught black fin tuna and dolphin.)So the kitchen worked very well. We had a problem with the garbage disposal and the nicest gentleman came and fixed it very very promptly. -- Trapp
