'Granddaddys Ocean' features: private hot tub on the deck, 2 Jacuzzis, pool table in the rec room, 7 TVs, 2 VCRs, 3 DVD, 1 Blu-Ray, DVD/VHS library with approximately 4 dozen choices--all the bedrooms now have cable TV! Stereo w/CD, high speed internet access (please bring you own computer), under counter icemaker, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, grill, 2 outside showers, upgraded stone countertops in kitchen and bath, upgraded stone tile and new fixtures in the 2 interior showers, and upgraded stone tile flooring throughout home. Parking 5-6 cars.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. This home allows short stays with a 3 night minimum; call for rates and other details.

Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk , 1 Bunk Set. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th

The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am
