Get away to the loft area to enjoy the morning paper or your favorite book. There are two full sized refrigerators, with an ice maker in each one. Don't pack your car with all those odds and ends! Other extras include PlayStation II, basketball goal, beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, park grill, high chair and port-a-crib. Picnic tables by the pool and second and third level decks. Plus plenty of lounge and chair seating around the pool and on the decks.

Need a work out? All guests have free access to the YMCA. Something for everyone there including skateboard park, indoor heated pool and resort style outdoor pool, excercise equipment, indoor basketball court, racquet ball courts, teen center and numerous programs for kids of all ages. YMCA privileges include free babysitting services. Short walk to the beach, fishing pier and restaurants.

Located in Old Nags Head Place and featuring a 13' x 26' private, solar heated pool and hot tub. There are 4 master suites and a rec room with TV, DVD and CD with surround sound. 7 TVs total including 2 HDTVs (40" and 46"), 3 DVD/CD players. This home is non smoking and no pets are permitted. This home is between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle bed. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
