Great home and semi-oceanfront location.. what more could you want for a family vacation? Spacious floor plan with rec room allowing kids room to play. Just a few steps to the walkway to the beach. A new home in Seaside is rare and this one has it all!

"Almost Oceanfront" 5 bedroom vacation home in Nags Head. One lot back from the beach. 10' x 25' private pool is heated from early May to early June and from early September to mid October (only). Hot tub, Jacuzzi, 7 TVs including a 40" LCD TV in the great room, 2 VCRs, DVD, stereo, high-speed wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), video library, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, rec room w/wet bar, microwave and refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own k-cups), pack-n-play, books, games, fish cleaning station, picnic table, outside shower, gasl grill.

**Village Beach Club amenities are not available. Parking available for 4-5 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk w/Trundle, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
