Great home and semi-oceanfront location.. what more could you want for a family vacation? Spacious floor plan with rec room allowing kids room to play. Just a few steps to the walkway to the beach. A new home in Seaside is rare and this one has it all!

"Almost Oceanfront" 5 bedroom vacation home in Nags Head. One lot back from the beach. 10' x 25' private pool is heated from early May to early June and from early September to mid October (only). Hot tub, Jacuzzi, 5 TVs including a new 40" LCD TV in the great room, 2 VCRs, DVD, stereo, high-speed wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), video library, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, rec room w/wet bar, microwave and refrigerator, pack-n-play, books, games, fish cleaning station, outside shower, grill.

**Village Beach Club amenities are not available. Parking available for 4-5 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

'Generations' allows short stays with a 3-night minimum (excludes summer months); call for rates and other details.

Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk w/Trundle, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
