Semi-Oceanfront, located one lot back from the beach. Beach Club amenities include community pool & tennis. Hot Tub on deck, Jacuzzi-Shower, screened porch, 6 TVs, 4 VCRs, 2 DVDs, answering machine, port-a-crib, high chair, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, charcoal grill, outside shower.
Parking 5-6 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets Allowed.
Beds: 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, 2 Rollaways. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
