Spend your days at the Village Beach Club oceanfront pool and your evenings in the top deck hot tub. Entertaining is easy with this open floorplan which includes a spacious kitchen and living area with a 32" flat screen TV. 5 TVs, 2 DVDs, 3 DVD/VCR combos, stereo with CD, video library, high speed wireless internet and more.

Beds: 2 King, 2 Twins, 2 Bunks. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day

Clubside offers relaxing oceanside living. Come enjoy refreshing sea breezes and quiet convenience in this attractive community. Clubside is located only a very short walk to the Village Beach Club where families enjoy summer activities and relax by the pool or many gather on the beach for a fun day in the sun. Everyone is close to all Outer Banks activities, restaurants and shopping...so much to do and so little time.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th

Wednesday Night Pool Party
The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Kids activities, dancing to the DJ, pool is open (weather permitting)
Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am

This is the first time we rented in OBX and we'll be back! We rent in many other locations and this was by far the easiest check in / check out process. The house was extremely clean and well kept - loved it all!
