Location-Location-Location!! This reverse floor plan home has all the comforts as well as being adjacent to the Beach Club. Wooden walkway provides a short walk to the beach. This home comes with a hot tub, large rooms for extra comfort and a floor plan which allows privacy for all age groups.

OBX Semi-Oceanfront vacation home. One lot back from the beach in the Village at Nags Head. Village at Nags Head Beach Club amenities including community pool & tennis. Hot Tub on deck, 3 TVs, VCR, video library, high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop), under counter icemaker, answering machine, grill, 2 outside showers. Adjacent to Village Beach Club.

Parking 5-6 cars. No Pets.

Beds: 3 Kings, 1 Bunk Set & 1 Twin, Pyramid Bunk. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th
Open daily from May 19th through September 30th

May 19th - May 27th- 10 am to 5 pm
Memorial Day - Labor Day 10 am to 5 pm
September 4th - 30th - 10 am to 5pm

Wednesday Night Pool Party at the Village Beach Club
The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Kids activities, dancing to the DJ, pool is open (weather permitting)
Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am

We were very pleased with the house we rented this year!! The spacious interior and decks were great! The view from the deck and the short walk to the beach and pool were wonderful. We will definitly return in 2010!
