Oceanside in the Nags Head community of Seven Sisters, 'Family Ties' offers: 8 bedrooms and 6 baths, community pool, private hot tub, 9 TVs including 1 in high definition with premium movie channels, 6 DVD players, 1 VCR, 2 stereos with CD and tape, high-speed wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop), answering machine, rec room with pool table which can also be converted to a ping pong table, Pack-N-Play, high chair, booster, outside shower, outdoor grill. *The Village at Nags Head Beach Club amenities are not available. This home is between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. Parking for 6 cars.

Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 4 Twins, 2 Bunk Sets, 1 Pyramid Bunk & 1 Twin. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
