Located in the Village at Nags Head, you are close to everything Nags Head has to offer. From great restaurants like Owens and Basnight's Lone Cedar to discount shopping at the Tanger Outlet mall, there is something for everyone. There are great views of the sound and the Nags Head Golf Links. Relax in the hot tub on the mid level deck and take in the sunset or grab a good book and sit in the hammock swing. A big screen TV in the great room will make any sports fan happy. There is also a separate rec room on the ground level that the kids...or adults can escape to.

Amenities: Village Beach Club large community pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts and game room all on the oceanfront; 2 master bedrooms; hot tub; 7 TVs (projection TV in great room); 6 DVD players, stereo w/5CD changer, high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop), baby equipment, trolley service to beach during the summer, gas grill, 2 outdoor showers, hammock swing, picnic table and covered parking.

'Endless Summer Days' has a No Smoking policy and pets are not permitted.

We know it's important to stay connected. This OBX vacation property does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Bedding: 4 Queens, 1 Bunk Set 1 Futon. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call 800-548-9688 for rates and other details.

Please note that access to Bunk Room is through Bedroom 1 only. There is a pocket door between the two that can be closed.

My family and I look forward to renting from Village Realty every year we come to the OBX. We couldn't of been happier with our stay. Everything was wonderful, the house was amazing. we really enjoyed the village beach club, the pool was awesome and it was great to be so close to the ocean.
