2010 Heated Pool Dates: Pool is heated from May 1st/2nd to June 4th and again from August 28th/29th to October 15th.

Relax and rest in our grand 8 bedroom Outer Banks vacation home with five oceanfront bedrooms open to breathtaking ocean views and private entrances to decks. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful views of the Nags Head Golf Course and sound, relax in the hot tub or take a dip in your private pool. The pool is heated during from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October.

The beach at 'Easy Street South' is fabulous and very private. Right outside your bedroom and living room is one of the widest beaches on the Outer Banks.

Our home comes equipped with many different treats, such as a Jacuzzi in the upper level master bath, 9 TVs (all HD flat panels) with premium channels including Showtime, Cinemax, HBO, Starz , expanded sports and main TV in the Living Area also has a DVR. I am also offering local and long distance phone calling free of charge, 6 DVDs, a stereo with a CD player, a Nintendo game cube, Wii with 2 controllers, outdoor ping pong table FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and a gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April. For families with small children we also have 2 baby gates, a Pack n' Play and a high chair. We offer a gas grill and a charcoal "park" grill, 2 refrigerators, a game room with a 42' HDTV and game cube (with controllers) and gaming chairs and 2 outside showers to keep crowd on time for dinner.

With table seating for 18 (2 large kitchen tables) plus 5 kids at the kitchen counter, family and friends will enjoy meals together.

A long driveway accommodating 7 cars and boats makes life easy when families are going and coming from all their OBX adventures.

'Easy Street South' has a no smoking policy. Pets are not permitted.

Bedding includes 2 king beds, 4 queens, 3 pyramid bunks, 1 twin and a queen sleeper sofa in the game room. This house sleeps 24 comfortably as there are 2 roll-a-way beds and the pyramid bunks will sleep 2 people in the bottom double bed and one person on the top twin sized bed. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Holiday Rates apply for Thanksgiving week. Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800-548-9688 for rates and other details.
