Feast your eyes on the best views around! Dune Preserve sits on the north edge of the Nags Head Golf Links, offering unbeatable panoramic views of the 14th fairway and the Roanoke Sound. This Outer Banks vacation rental features eight master bedrooms, three living areas, a private pool and even a theater room for famly movie nights.

Amenities at this soundside retreat include an elevator...no more lugging those groceries and suitcases up the stairs. The game room has a foosball table, a card table, wet bar and Megatouch games. In addition to the pool you can enjoy the hot tub and covered decks. Additional outside amenities: outside shower and a charcoal grill.

Bed sizes: three king beds, two queen beds, two twin beds. Village Realty supplies the bed linens and the bath towels and even makes the beds before check in so you can start your OBX vacation right away. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided and Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Each bedroom has a private bath and there is an additional powder room on the top floor. This is a reverse floor plan in order to take advantage of the spectacular views of the Roanoke Island sound so the kitchen and living are are located on the top floor too. The kitchen has two dishwashers and a double oven.

Dune Preserve has membership to the Village at Nags Head Beach Club which means you have access to the oceanfront pool, oceanfront parking, snack bar and tennis courts. There is also trolley service offered during the summer months.

Policies: no smoking, no pets please. Sunday check in day although we can be more flexible with this during the off season (mid October to mid April) and for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks.

Nearby attractions ~ Jockey's Ridge, Wright Brothers Monument, The Lost Colony Outdoor Drama on Roanoke Island (summer months), Elizabethan Gardens, Bodie Island Lighthouse and of course the beautiful beaches of the Outer Banks. The closest grocery store is the Food Lion which is open year 'round. Some of our favorite restaurants are just a short car ride away. The Lone Cedar Cafe on the causeway to Manteo offers wonderful views and delicious seafood, Owen's on the beach road is a long time favorite as is Sugar Creek which is also on the causeway. Try Sam and Omies for breakfast and lunch and Tortugas for lunch or dinner.
