Four large bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, laundry room with new washer and dryer, garage, fish cleaning table with sink and an enclosed outside shower. Community pool and tennis courts literally steps from your back door.

Situated on a private access road which separates and buffers this small and elite Sea Pointe community from beach road traffic. Enjoy the best beach area on the Outer Banks with the convenience of having the Outer Banks Medical Center, Outer Banks Mall and terrific dining at great restaurants nearby!

Oceanfront, located within the Village at Nags Head, in the Sea Pointe community. Community pool, Jacuzzi, porch, 5 TVs, 5 DVD players, stereo w/CD, answering machine, wet bar w/icemaker, wood burning fireplace available mid September through the end of April, grill, Pack'n'Play-crib, computer ready phone, High-speed wireless Internet connection (please bring your laptop computer), outside shower, fish cleaning table, garage. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available.

This oceanfront duplex has a no smoking, no pets policy. There are no exceptions, please; owners are highly allergic.

Parking for 3 cars. Beds: 2 kings, 2 twins, 2 bunk sets, queen sleeper sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

2012 Community Pool Dates for Sea Pointe: Open from April 28th through September 30th (hours 10:00am - 8:00pm), weather permitting.
