2010 Community Pool Dates for Sea Pointe: Open from April 24th through September 25th (hrs 10:00am - 8:00pm), weather permitting.

Huge great room with wet bar, new icemaker and a fabulous wall of glass opening onto decking and wooden planked walkways to covered gazebo and the beach. Four large bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, laundry room with new washer and dryer, garage, fish cleaning table with sink and an enclosed outside shower. Community pool and tennis courts literally steps from your back door.

Situated on a private access road which separates and buffers this small and elite Sea Pointe community from beach road traffic. Enjoy the best beach area on the Outer Banks with the convenience of having the Outer Banks Medical Center, Outer Banks Mall and terrific dining at great restaurants nearby!

Oceanfront, located within the Village at Nags Head, in the Sea Pointe community. Community pool, Jacuzzi, porch, 4 TVs, 1 VCR, 4 DVD players, stereo w/CD, answering machine, wet bar w/icemaker, wood burning fireplace available mid September through the end of April, grill, Pack'n'Play-crib, computer ready phone, High-speed wireless Internet connection (please bring your laptop computer), outside shower, fish cleaning table, garage. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available.

This oceanfront duplex has a no smoking, no pets policy. There are no exceptions, please; owners are highly allergic.

Parking for 3 cars. Beds: 2 kings, 2 twins, 2 bunk sets, queen sleeper sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

'Just wanted to thank you for a WONDERFUL week at SP9A- Dolphin's Walk. Our family could not have had a better vacation!


The home was perfect…every detail was taken care of and we needed nothing except sun and groceries!!


The location was perfect and the beach was gorgeous and just steps outside of our back door. The house was HUGE…the photos on the website did not do it justice- although I just looked again and noted they were changed and added to this past week…shows off the beautiful home a bit better! We like a spacious home…9 of us, including 3 boys, need a lot of room!


I have never stayed in a CLEANER rental anywhere in the world. Your cleaning staff should be commended for this. We travel as a family all over New England, the South, the Caribbean and even Italy…nothing has ever compared to the cleanliness or beauty of this home. The owners clearly have pride in their home and want to share it with other families. We met Penny and Jim briefly upon our arrival and hope you can forward this email over to them. I felt as if we were staying in a home just made over for a fancy magazine, yet did not feel out of place or nervous to touch anything or have the kids use things. Thank you to the owners for working so hard to make their home a home for other families.


The view…did I mention the view???!!! It was spectacular…we saw dolphins all day long. We even saw some skates in the surf right after a huge lightening storm. We loved looking for ghost crabs at night…we collected some and the children set them up for a race as they watched them go back to their holes!


The pool was perfect and a change when we needed to cool off…at times our 5 year old was a bit intimidated by the big waves, so this is where he got his swimming in.


I cannot say enough positive things about this home and its location. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
