This one is "just right" as Goldilocks would say. Not too big, not too small......clean, cozy and cute. Oceanviews and easy beach access and Village Beach Club access make this Outer Banks vacation home a popular choice.

You have Village at Nags Head Beach Club privileges which include a large community pool, tennis courts and oceanfront parking. There is a kiddie pool there for the little ones. This is "the place to be" during the Spring, Summer and Fall with activities planned for family fun. A snack bar is available at the Clubhouse.

You will truly feel you are on an island vacation while here. The owners have decorated in a colorul, tropical style that will make you smile. There are four bedrooms total including a queen master with private bath, deck access, TV and DVD player. Each of the other bedrooms has a TV and the bunk room has deck access. Enjoy the ocean views from the top floor.

There is a pack-n-play and a high chair.

Outside amenities include a fish cleaning table, park grill, and horseshoe pit. This home does not permit pets and there is a no smoking policy.

Relax, you are on vacation! All your bed linens and towels are furnished and the beds will be made before you arrive. Bed Sizes: 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk (double bed on bottom and twin bed on top) and 2 Twin Beds. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th

The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
