Sunny, bright and decorated with your comfort in mind, this 4 bedroom duplex home has 2 King Master bedroms, 5 TV's, (1 is a 40"), 4 DVD's, 4 VCRs, 6 CDs, stereo, DVD library, wireless Internet access (please bring your own laptop), games. A gas fireplace available November through the end of April, outside shower, private hot tub on ground level w/security gate, ground level patio/lounge area w/picnic table, high chair, baby gate, beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards and park grill. Parking 3-4 cars.
Non-Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid-Double and Bunk, 1 Rollaway. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Chill Out on one of the 2 Decks facing the Ocean, upper deck with Adirondack furniture plus a country porch w/double swing and rocking chairs. Take time at night just to relax and gaze at the stars while soaking in the hot tub. Ride the free shuttle bus to the 2 Roanoke Soundside piers w/boat ramp and "Don't Forget" the 12 mile bike and jogging path or the Golf Links. Outlet shopping, great restaurants, fishing, water sports, area attractions, activities, grocery store and downtown Manteo are all near by.
**Your "Best Time Out" Ever will be at "Our Place" and You Won't Wanna Leave.** We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

What a lovely home you have! It is so comfortable and inviting. Thank you so much for all of the extra "touches" you provide or your guests. We have chose your home out of all the others because I was so impressed by the personal reviews that families had left on the Village Realty website. I am so glad we did! The great room upstairs is so happy!
My thanks for such a wonderful kitchen with everything we needed. Having the little dish soaps, towels, and towel papers was so nice! Our 7 yrs old son and 4 yr old daughter have decided that they never want to leave! We love how close your home is to everything we wanted to do and, of course, the beach. The community pool and tennis courts are also a nice xtra! We were blessed with fabulous weather the whole time! Love all the beach stuff you shared! Thank you so much for everything. We are already thinking about next year and we still have 2 days left. We are just going to enjoy every last bit of it! little suggestion - oven mitts.

Thank you for opening up your gorgeous beach cottage to us. We have had the most awesome time with our 2 boys ages 7 & (. We also had friends come down for the last half of the week with their 3 children ages 6,9,& almost 11. The fully stocked kitchen was amazing. You have made sure that your guests have all the conveniences of home from games, toys, DVDs and cleaning supplies. You have been a gracious host even without your presence. I want to Thank You for allowing us to rent your property during this time with my daughter, grandson, and 2 friends during the grieving time of losing my husband. I was Truly Relaxed and your home was so tranquil and peaceful, I was very comfortable and we had a lot of room. Girls had a great time! (3- seventeen yrs. Old). Good weather, a little cool, getting warmer everyday. We will truly come back to Nags Head, NC and hope we can get your home again. Your home is so beautiful and so comfortable. We had a full house (6 adults and 3 children under 5) and we never felt crowded or in each others way.
The only thing we needed was more dish towels since we ate most of our meals here.
We could all sit around the table to eat and later to play games.
Unfortunately the weather did not co-operate. We only had a day + a half to enjoy the beach. The rest of the week was a washout-rainy and unseasonably cool.
We would like to come back during the warmer weather to also enjoy the beach.

Our kids have lovingly dubbed your house 'Cation, short for Vacation. Our 4-yr old son caught toads and snails and crabs and our 3-yr old daughter played house by putting her toys in all the drawers.We had beautiful weather and took advantage of the beach& the pool in the mornings and Manteo and shopping in the afternoon. The kids loved the Aquarium and Jurassic - Putt.

Our first trip to the North Carolina shore and it was wonderful walking into this warm, friendly, comfortable house. The two boys -7 and 4- loved it right away and thoroughly enjoyed their bunk bed room. They right away found the closet with games and enjoyed Clue, Pay Day and Back Gammon.
The adults, specially the woman were very happy with the kitchen and all its full contents. We missed nothing. The plates and mugs so colorful and happy with the yellow sun flower that repeated itself in other small ways throughout the house.
We all enjoyed the large TV set in the living room and got a big kick out of the large - very large - remote. It broke down one day and upon calling the office someone came to reset it right away - Thanks!
The telescope is a great idea! The younger boy really enjoyed trying to figure it out.
I was the first one up - about six in the morning - and after preparing a nice cup of coffee I most enjoyed opening the deck door, looking at the sun rise and listening to the waves, the ocean: not too distant. An hour walk every morning was a delight!
The house has good Karma. The owners take good care of it and it not only shows, but one can feel it. We hope to leave it as we found it: welcoming, friendly, open, clean and comfortable.
Thanks a Lot! The Dunes were absolutely beautiful - the put-puts were a lot of fun as were the go carts - bumper cars - A complete week! With a clean pool and a nice friendly club house - not to expensive for salads or sandwiches.

We love your house. This is our fifth year at your home and enjoy it and the Outer Banks a little more each year. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed the beach and pool very much. We have three girls (9,7,4) and they love the bunk beds (and having a t.v. in their room). The close proximity to the beach club is fantastic and the kids and adults have a truly enjoyed the pool and clubhouse. Your home is laid out perfectly for our family and is stocked with every detail in mind. We have to recommend the "Pirate Adventures" in Manteo (especially if you have kids) they'll really enjoy it. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We'll see you next year!

We have spent many years staying at the Jersey Shore. This is our first Outer Banks visit.
This home was one of the best we ever stayed in, so beautiful with all of the amenities!
We loved being so close to the Beach Club and Tennis Court. Water aerobics in the morning was FUN! Although it rained a little each day we were able to shop at the outlets, bike ride, play tennis, read, Kayak, go to the pool and beach, walk and run. Play WII and play lots of games (Poker, scrabble, Pennstateopoly, and more.) There was something for everyone with 5 adults, 4 college agers and a 1 month old! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Very nicely decorated home, including bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc.Great location to the Village Beach Club, the beach is just a short walk, Nags Head Golf Links just across the street, grocery store very close, and a hospital located within a mile (hopefully you wouldnt need to use the hospital but if you do the care is exceptional). The wireless internet is a great feature and the hot tub and patio are also a nice touch. The house was very clean and well maintained, alot of personal touches. The house is located in the best area of the outer banks. We have been coming to Nagshead for 10 years and have stayed in several houses and used different Realty Companies, Village Realty has the best website to locate a house and customer service has been great. The Village of Nags Head is the ultimate area to stay while visitng the Outer Banks.
