This OBX vacation home offers prime 'Seven Sisters' location just steps away from the beach. Designed with family comfort in mind. 4 bedrooms & 4 ½ bath Outer Banks beach home in Nags Head. Community pool, private hot tub, 2 master bedrooms, 7 TVs (including 42" Plasma TV and new flat screen 47" HDTV), 7 VCRs, 7 DVD players, video library, surround sound stereo w/CD, wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), fax machine, picnic table, upper level solarium, port-a-crib, high chair, playpen, baby gate, basketball goal, outside shower, charcoal park grill. There's also a bonus sleeping room on the bottom level with 4 twin (captain) beds and a Nintendo Wii and XBox.

This home is between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Non-smoking. No Pets. Parking 4 cars. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available.

All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
