Looking for a great vacation? Conveniently located in the Seven Sisters community of The Village at Nags Head off of the Beach Road; with a partial ocean view. The community pool is 100 paces away, with 2 beach accesses with lifeguards available across the street. Shopping, restaurants and hospital nearby. Do you want to exercise? There are 11 miles of bike/jogging/roller blading paths... or you can head to the YMCA. Stay at home and relax in the hot tub, play pool, Game Cube, watch a movie or play/work on the computer. Rain or shine there is plenty to do here!

This 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath vacation home features: community pool, private hot tub, YMCA privileges, rec room with full-size pool table, computer with wired and wireless Internet access, 2 master bedrooms, 6 TVs, 4 VCRs, 2 DVD players, video library, stereo system with CD player, loft with card table and bumper pool, Game Cube, large capacity ice maker, answering machine, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, Pack-N-Play, high chair, outside shower, grill, outside fish cleaning table with sink, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, charcoal grill.

Parking for 5 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. *The Village at Nags Head Beach Club amenities are not available.

Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Double, 2 Bunk sets, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head, is a 28,000 sqft. facility offering activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - perfect fun for the entire family! Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday.
