'Captain's Homeport' offers these outdoor features: hot tub; private pool area with grill and covered patio; poolside loungers and tables with chairs; comfortably-furnished shade and sun decks and a large screened porch, all with pond and fairway views; as well as an enclosed outdoor shower and beautifully landscaped yard with pond view. Three of the bedrooms on the mid level have direct deck access.
Indoors at 'Captain's Homeport' guests will enjoy: rec room with pool table; flat screen TV, seating and wet bar with mini-fridge; whirpool tub; high-speed wireless internet access (please bring your laptop); iPod speaker system; unlimited domestic long distance phone service; large flat screen TV in living area; 2 DVD players; 2 VCRs; separate 4th floor tower room with great views; and baby equipment including high chair, stroller and port-a-crib. For any table tennis enthusiasts, there is a ping pong table stored in the garage which could be set up for use either in the garage or over the pool table in the rec room.
There are ocean views (over rooftops) from the ship's watch and from the top deck too. Catch some of our beautiful Outer Banks sunsets from these locations as well.
Pet friendly. Non-smoking. Parking available for 4-5 cars as there is a garage and driveway spaces both in front of the home and in front of the fenced private pool area.
Beds: 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Bunk Sets, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th

The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
