Sit on the deck and watch the kids in the pool in the summer or snuggle around the fireplace in the off-season. No matter your needs, we are sure to please.

Old Nags Head vacation home on the Outer Banks. Private pool and hot tub. 7 TVs, 4 DVDs, 1 VCR, 2 surround sound systems, high-speed Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), rec room with HDTV, bar fridge, foosball & wet bar, free-standing icemaker, free long distance phone service w/voicemail, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, screened porch, fish cleaning table, outside shower, gas and charcoal grills, books, games, videos. This home is between the roads and guests will cross the two lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

No pets are allowed. Breakaway has a no smoking policy.

Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home during the off season weeks; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
