"Our Outer Banks vacation home has every amenity your family needs for a wonderful vacation. Take walks on the beach, swim in the private pool or relax in the hot tub! Close to great restaurants and shopping. You will want to come back year after year in this well-appointed home."

Pet friendly, 8 bedroom OBX Oceanfront vacation home in Nags Head. Private, heated 26' x 14' swimming pool (heated from early May to early June and from early September to mid October), hot tub, elevator, 2 whirlpool tubs. 11 TVs, 9 VCRs, 3 DVD players, high speed Internet access - please bring your own laptop. Rec room with pool table and wet bar, video library, stereo w/CD, central stereo system w/surround sound. A gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April. No need to rent baby equipment; a port-a-crib and a high chair are provided. 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, 3 refrigerators, 2 icemakers, basketball hoop, gas grill and 2 charcoal grills, 2 outside showers, cabana bath accessed from ground level deck and pool.

Parking available for 5-6 cars. Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed (1 Dog, No Cats, please). Available for short stays, a minimum of 3 nights.

Beds: 4 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 4 Bunk Sets, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week. Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

In general, this was the best maintained, best appointed vacation home we have ever rented. With other rental agencies I have had poor experiences on property condition and maintenance responsiveness. Village Realty will be my first stop next time I'm looking for a vacation home in the Outer Banks -- Chuck A
