Your perfect Outer Banks family retreat awaits in this fantastic Seaside home. Beautifully furnished, well equipped, and only a short walk to the beach! Even your four-legged family member is invited!

'Beach Song' is on the Oceanside, located two lots back from the beach in the Village at Nags Head. Enjoy having two great swimming pool options during your stay: the 13' x 28' private in-ground pool with salt-based (non-clorine) filtration system at 'Beach Song' and the olympic-sized community pool at the Village Beach Club on the oceanfront.

Other amenities at 'Beach Song' include: hot tub, 4 TVs (including a 32" LCD TV in Living Area), 3 DVDs, 1 Blu-Ray player, stereo w/CD, wireless internet access, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, high chair, port-a-crib, baby gate, answering machine, gas grill on upper deck, outside shower.

Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed-dogs only, please. Parking is available for 5-6 cars.



Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk w/ trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th

Wednesday Night Pool Party at the Village Beach Club
The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Kids activities, dancing to the DJ, pool is open (weather permitting)
Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am

This was our 3rd year in SS-49 and we love the house! It works perfectly for our group. this year we had a hot water heater problem, and were all so impressed with the service. It turns out that the water heater needed to be replaced, and it was installed in one day. We were at the beach, and never missed a beat! thank you so so much! -- D. Marco
