4 bedroom Outer Banks Oceanfront vacation home located within the Village at Nags Head, in the Sea Pointe community. Community Pool & Tennis, Jacuzzi, 5 TVs, 2 VCRs, 3 DVDs, stereo with CD player, high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop), video library, books and games, Pack'n'Play, baby gate and high chair. Screened porches, hammock. There is a gas grill and an enclosed outside shower.

There is a no smoking, no pets policy in this duplex home.

Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 bunk set with a trundle bed, 1 twin bed, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

2012 Community Pool Dates for Sea Pointe: Open from April 28th through September 30th (hours 10:00am - 8:00pm), weather permitting.

Our family had a wonderful stay at "Beach Music" ... a beautiful home, perfectly located and gorgeous in lay-out and decor ... was the best trip we've made down to those sandy shores yet! Made for some very memorable times with 3 little ones and Great grandmother too :) -- H. Morris

We had a wonderful time! Though our family has been coming down to your shores for generations, it was our 1st stay so close to the beach, which worked perfectly for both young children and great grandmother ... it's going to be hard to down-size again, lol. It was a gorgeous house ... laid out so well with a great homey feel and beautiful taste in decor. Loved all the books to browse through and the photos of family and past friends too. Can't beat being able to wake up and sit drinking coffee on a deck while looking out over the ocean during the sunrise with Pelicans, Dolphins & Sea Gulls in the distance! Thank you!
