This four bedroom, four and a half bath Oceanfront duplex is located in Sea Pointe in the Village at Nags Head. Guests of "Beach Break" will enjoy the Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts and all this home has to offer: sun deck, screened porch, walkway to the beach, Jacuzzi, 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, stereo w/CD, high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop), wet bar with mini-fridge and icemaker, outside shower and a gas grill. *Please note that Village Beach Club amenities are not available. Please note also that the fireplace at SP7A is not available for use.

Parking for 3 cars and garage is available for guest use. This oceanfront duplex home has a no smoking and no pets policy.

Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

2012 Community Pool Dates for Sea Pointe: Open from April 28th through September 30th (hours 10:00am - 8:00pm), weather permitting.
