'Beach Boys' is the perfect Outer Banks Oceanfront vacation home, beautifully furnished and comfortable. Features and amenities include a 14' X 28' private heated oceanfront pool with large deck (the pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October), hot tub, 4 whirlpool tubs, Dry Sauna, 3 gas fireplaces available mid September through the end of April, 10 TVs including a 42" Plasma (all BRs have a TV), VCR, 5 DVD players, a Theater room w/ 110" screen, sectional sofa and theater seating, bamboo floors & beautiful tiling, stereo w/CD, high speed Internet access - please bring your own laptop.
Quality furnishings, amenities & upgrades throughout this Nags Head retreat. Enjoy spacious common areas on both the top and mid levels. The top level has large living and dining areas as well as a separate sun room where you can relax in the chaise lounge and even close the french doors to enjoy a quiet afternoon nap. The mid level common area includes a wet bar, refrigerator and icemaker. Books, games, combination pool table/ping pong table, Pack'n'Play, high chair, well stocked & newly refurbished kitchen with 26" cubic ft refrigerator, gas grill, walkway to beach with a dune-top deck, double outside shower, screened porch with sitting area, and outdoor speakers by the pool area. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available.
Beds: 4 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Pyramid Bunks, 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Sleeper Sofas. All bedrooms have upgraded, premium mattresses and box springs for your comfort. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
Pet Policy: From mid October through the end of April you may bring your dog. Maximum of two dogs please. Please tell the reservation agent that you are bringing your pet.
Parking for 6 vehicles. Non-Smoking. Gas grill outside on covered porch near the kitchen.

Featuring a new Home Theater Room with wet bar, 110' TV, 2 living areas, 2 full size refrigerators, double oven and more, this is a truly luxurious oceanfront retreat with amenties galore. Holiday Rate applies for Thanksgiving week.
We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Our stay at the Beach Boys house for my daughter's wedding exceeded all expectations! Colleen said that you were the kindest, best, most accommodating ever!

Beautiful week, great times and awesome company. Our four families have been enjoying this house for the past eight years. Thank you for opening your doors to us. This house has everything we need to keep the adults to our youngest tenant pleased. We especially love the heated pool. There were eight adults and ten children this year, and next year we will be adding two more children. We are all really looking forward to next year. Hope the weather is as nice. This was our very first trip to the OBX and it was amazing. Your house is absolutely beautiful! We cam here to celebrate graduations-three from Penn State, one from Susquehanna and one from Pennsylvania Culinary Arts and everyone, young and old, had a fabulous time. The weather was great and we got to see our Philadephia Flyers win the Eastern Conference title sitting in the amazing theater room! We had such a wonderful time staying in your home. We have been coming to Nags Head for 15 years now and were especially impressed with the homes amenities but also the little things that other rentals lack.
We also loved the fact that you take the time to call and ask how we like it here. We loved the family pictures making this a rental feel like a home. Our group consisted of family and friends from NJ, PA, NV, and OK. We celebrated HS Graduation, Wedding Anniversary and 3 Birthdays.
Thanks for caring aobut your renters in a way no others have done in the past.
